Instructions for Online Events
- The platform for Online Events will be Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams.
- For Live Events, Teacher Incharge of the participating school shall receive Virtual
Meeting IDs on their school e-mail.
- Team codes will be sent prior to the event.
- Registered Teacher and Participant can only enter the online platform.
- Link will be shared on the day of competition and participants need to join 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Keep your cameras turned on throughout the Event and all the necessary resources ready beforehand.
- Kindly ensure availability of strong internet connection.
- The host school will not be responsible if the connection is lost in between.
Instructions for Offline Events
- Submission links for Offline events i.e. videos will be activated on the day
of the event and will close automatically at 5:00 p.m. No submissions will be accepted later.
- Participants can upload Videos/Files directly on submission link within given time period.
- If participants face any issue in uploading their entries, they must inform the event incharge or technical incharge about the same on the submission date before 4:00 p.m.
- The videos will have to be made in MPEG4 format and the size of the file should not exceed 100 MB. Video created should be in landscape form only.
