Instructions for Online Events

  1. The platform for Online Events will be Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams.
  2. For Live Events, Teacher Incharge of the participating school shall receive Virtual Meeting IDs on their school e-mail.
  3. Team codes will be sent prior to the event.
  4. Registered Teacher and Participant can only enter the online platform.
  5. Link will be shared on the day of competition and participants need to join 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  6. Keep your cameras turned on throughout the Event and all the necessary resources ready beforehand.
  7. Kindly ensure availability of strong internet connection.
  8. The host school will not be responsible if the connection is lost in between.

Instructions for Offline Events

  1. Submission links for Offline events i.e. videos will be activated on the day of the event and will close automatically at 5:00 p.m. No submissions will be accepted later.
  2. Participants can upload Videos/Files directly on submission link within given time period.
  3. If participants face any issue in uploading their entries, they must inform the event incharge or technical incharge about the same on the submission date before 4:00 p.m.
  4. The videos will have to be made in MPEG4 format and the size of the file should not exceed 100 MB. Video created should be in landscape form only.
